To make things easier for youth leaders we have included group bookings this time. You can book for up to 5 young people on one form, as well as up to 2 leaders.
However we must also receive a Consent Form for everyone who is under 18 or a Declaration Form for anyone who is Over 18. (Links below)
We recommend having at least one leader for every ten young people, although we would prefer mixed groups to have both a male and a female leader if possible. The leader rate for the weekend is £100
There is a special reduced rate for sibling groups. Please contact us regarding this prior to completing the form.
An early bird rate of £125 is currently in place on the group booking forms until the 31st may 2025. full price will be £150.
Payments are made via card using Stripe, but if you would prefer you can do this via bank transfer. contact us and we will send you bank details and a code to bypass payment on the booking form.
